We provide third-party email hosting services as configured. Clients are responsible for managing their credentials and complying with applicable data security laws. Forwardify is not liable for email loss, downtime, or third-party service failure.

8. Website Hosting and Uptime

While we strive to ensure high uptime, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service. Forwardify shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, business disruption, or damage caused by outages, maintenance, or third-party hosting failures.

9. SEO and Performance Disclaimer

While we follow industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or engagement results. Performance may vary based on search engine algorithm changes, client cooperation, and other external factors.

10. Social Media Services

Forwardify provides content and strategy support for social media. However, platform engagement, reach, and follower growth are influenced by third-party algorithms and user behavior, and we cannot guarantee specific results.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property rights for custom content and designs created by Forwardify remain our property until full payment is received. Client-supplied assets remain the property of the client, provided they do not infringe upon any third-party rights.

12. Copyright Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Forwardify harmless from any legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of copyrighted materials provided or approved by the client. This includes logos, images, content, and media assets used on websites or in campaigns.

13. Limitation of Liability

Forwardify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Some services may involve third-party providers (e.g. hosting, email, analytics). We are not responsible for any actions or policies of these providers. All third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
